What We Check

• Propane: Tank/cylinder condition, full drop‑pressure test

• Electrical: Hot‑skin test, running lights, breakers/fuses, batteries, converter/inverter

• Tires: DOT date, condition, and load rating vs. manufacturer specs

• Water System: Pump operation, leaks, water heater

• Grey & Black Tanks: Valve function and visible leaks

• Roof: Seals, condition, vents & skylights

• Walls & Windows: Seams, delamination signs, window seals/condition

• Doors: Function and seal condition

• HVAC: A/C functionality & Delta‑T, furnace operation

• Appliances: Microwave/convection oven, stove, oven, refrigerator

• Interior: Ceiling, floors, bathrooms, furniture, cabinets & counters

• Documentation: VIN plate, RVIA seal, chassis plate, manuals (when available)

• Photos: Full photographic documentation of all inspected areas
